Given that at this point I have most stuff necessary to make good batches in any style, efficiently and outdoors, these improvements will be marginal and expensive.
- Better Kettle with volume markings, temperature probe, rubber handles, potentially a direct recirculation valve. For example the Edelmetall BrĂ¼ Kettle.
- Some kind of better insulated mash tun that holds the temperature better than the cooler. For example the SS Brewing Mash Tun.
- A counterflow chiller.
- More accurate volumes.
- Better control of mash pH.
- More exact control of ale fermentation temps, rather than just leaving the fermenting beer in the basement.
